We are a community-oriented church, deeply invested in making a difference in the lives of those around us. From giving away grocery gift cards and providing over 200 meals to those in need, to sponsoring neighborhood block parties that bring people together, our heart is to serve and love our neighbors with the same compassion that Christ shows to us.

In 2002, PG confessed his calling to the gospel at the tender age of 11. Throughout his itinerate ministry, he received invitations to minister across the country and internationally. In 2018, he launched the worship gathering called “RVLN NIGHTS,” formerly known as Outpour Conference. This powerful experience was attended by several hundreds of people from across the Greater Houston region. In October of 2022, he organized ONE Church in the Baytown Community Center on a Sunday afternoon and the first public service was held in January 8, 2023. Today, One Church is an emerging church serving Baytown, Texas. Because of his mandate to reach people of different denominations, ethnicities, and generations, Pastor Grear planted One Church as “the church for EVERYONE." He is a classically trained musician, a powerhouse producer to GRAMMY winning gospel artists including Norman Hutchins and Jacky Clark Chisholm of The Clark Sisters, conference host, and celebrated creative featured on FOX, CNN, Voyage, Style Magazine, CBS and “The Dorinda Show” with Dorinda Clark Cole. Lastly, Pastor Grear is seminarian, pursuing the Master of Divinity at the Samual DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.
Niesha Rena Grear serves as the First Lady of ONE, overseeing the women’s and outreach ministries. As a third generation ministry leader and commnicator, she shares her convictions of the gospel with an unmatched compassion for people. Her ministry highlights are outreach and evagelism. In addition to the work of the ministry, she developed a career as an emerging voice in the real estate and property management industry.
